Pack with Care
Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
